Liberty Tattoo provides professional tattoo and body piercing services at our studio located at 119 W Liberty St, Farmington, MO 63640. This website is for informational purposes and to showcase our artists and their work.

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo without parental consent. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for piercing services. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services.

4. Appointments & Deposits

Appointment policies, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms are set by individual artists. Please contact your artist directly for their specific policies.

5. Health & Safety

All clients must complete and sign a consent form prior to receiving any service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or for any other health and safety reason.
